We booked Spottless4u Cleaning for a full post‑construction clean, and although things didn’t initially go to plan, the way they handled the situation showed exactly why they deserve a five‑star review. Angela was fantastic throughout the entire process — responsive, understanding, and genuinely committed to making things right.
As we were getting our carpet laid the next day, timing was critical. When an issue came up with the initial clean, Angela immediately stepped in and organised for someone to come out first thing the following morning. The team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and ensured the property was spotless and ready for the carpet installation without any delays. Their professionalism and willingness to fix the situation straight away made all the difference.
