Booking with Spotless4u is easy! You can book a cleaning service by submitting your cleaning details, location, name, email, and other required information through our online booking form, and you’ll receive an instant quote.

Alternatively, you can also call us directly to schedule your cleaning or send a detailed email with your requirements, and we’ll provide you with a quote and confirm your booking. Choose the method that works best for you!

In most cases, we don’t need to visit your house before you book a cleaning. You can provide all the necessary details about your property through our online booking form, and we’ll give you an instant quote. However, for certain situations, like large or complex properties, or special requests, we may arrange a visit before the cleaning to ensure we fully understand your needs.

For our End of Lease and Pre-Sale Cleaning services, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning, simply contact us within 3 days, and we will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no extra cost.

For all other cleaning services, if you’re not happy with the work, please let us know before our cleaner leaves your premises. We’ll address any issues immediately and make sure everything meets your expectations before we finish the job.

Yes, our extra add-on services do require additional payment. If you need any add-on services, you can select them when submitting your booking form. We will inform you of the final pricing before payment is processed.

Payment Questions

At Spotless4u, we accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can pay via PayPal, or with any major credit or debit card, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Simply choose the option that works best for you when booking or completing your service.

Yes, we require a 50% payment when the booking is confirmed to secure your appointment. Once our work is completed, we will collect the remaining 50% of the payment. In some cases, we may request 100% payment in advance, depending on the service or booking conditions. We will provide you with all the necessary details when you make your booking.

Cleaning Services are priced on a per hour basis, with a minimum 2-hour booking period. You can enhance your clean by adding “extra add-ons” such as fridge or oven cleaning. Book a weekly or fortnightly schedule to save with discounted rates.

Scheduling Questions

we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

You will be charged for the service at the time of booking.

For recurring bookings, your payment for subsequent services will be pre-authorized up to 72 hours before the start of each scheduled service, and SPOTLESS4U will take payment on the day of each scheduled service.

Spotless4u offers free cancellation or rescheduling up to 72 hours before the scheduled service. If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours, cancellation fees will apply:

  • 48-72 hours before: 50% of the total booking fee

  • 24-48 hours before: 75% of the total booking fee

  • Less than 24 hours before: 100% of the total booking fee

You cannot reschedule, extend, or cancel a booking once the service has started.

If Spotless4u is unable to fulfill a booking, they will attempt to find a replacement or reschedule. If this is not possible, you can cancel the booking at no charge.

Cleaning Questions

A standard cleaning service covers the basic tasks that are necessary to keep your home or office tidy and sanitary. These tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, emptying trash bins, and sanitizing bathrooms. A standard cleaning service does not include deep cleaning, laundry, dishes, or organizing clutter.

Yes, we provide the supplies for our cleaning services. However, if you prefer to use your own supply products, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific preferences or requirements for the supplies.

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.

The number of cleaners we send depends on the size and condition of the property. Usually, we send one or two cleaners, but we can send more if necessary.

At our cleaning company, we take your safety and satisfaction seriously. That’s why we screen all our cleaners before hiring them. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us. You can trust our cleaners to provide you high quality service.
